Tai Chi Classes:
Beginning Tai Chi: This class meets three times per week to learn and practice beginning level postures of Yang style long form Tai Chi Chuan. You will learn a series of sequential flowing movements and postures similar to dance. Feel free to "drop-in" anytime.
Intermediate/ Adv. Tai Chi Form: For intermediate/ advanced level postures of Yang style long form Tai Chi Chuan. Students must have basic knowledge of Tai Chi form.
High Intensity Classes:
Boot Camp: A high intensity class with basic choreography that incorporates hi-lo aerobics, step, kickboxing and strength. This class builds endurance and agility.
Beauty and the Barre: This unique workout fuses exercise techniques from the worlds of Pilates, Dance, Cardio-Sculpting moves and Yoga. You'll firm, tighten and tone your whole body without adding bulk, and you'll burn mega calories along the way. No dance experience is required.
Cardio/ Strength/ Core: Tone your muscles and burn some fat in these type of classes that will keep you motivated! This class may incorporate weights, balls, body bars and elastic tubing.
Kickboxing: This class is packed with kicks, punches and cardio moves creating one of the best cardiovascular workouts ever! This class will increase your flexibility and coordination and make your muscles look sleek and sculpted.
TRX Suspension Training: Train like an athlete, feel like a star. Full body workout, focused on core training.
Beginner to Intermediate Classes:
Back to Basics: Head to toe total stretching. Learn a new technique to lengthen and open the body so that you become more flexible and healthier at any age.
Buff and Beautiful: Incorporating dance moves to a balanced full body workout.
Lunch Crunch: This 30 minute class combines a basic aerobics followed by strength and core conditioning.
Fun Act: Functional Activity is a zero impact, low intensity class where most exercises are done while seated in a chair. Incorporating elastic tubing, hand held weights and a ball, you'll improve balance, flexibility and over all strength for a healthy, independent lifestyle.
O.A.S.I.S. (Older Adults Staying in Shape): Low impact aerobics, strength training and core work are combined to encourage spinal flexibility and skeletal and muscular ROM. Stretching and relaxation techniques are used to complete the session.

Pilates: Learn how to engage your "core" muscles to strengthen, tone and stretch your muscles through matwork.

Hatha Yoga with Betty: Basic Yoga postures & gentle stretches done on the floor. Stand postures may be incorporated during cooler weather. Straps and blocks will be used (Beginner/ Intermediate).
YoPi with Betty: A fusion of basic Yoga and Pilates moves. Suitable for beginner and intermediate levels. Straps and blocks will be used.
Power Yoga: Unleash your inner power, improve your athletic performance and attain a more flexible body and focused mind.
Yoga Flow with Betty: Basic standing and seated postures. Blocks and straps will be used (Beginner/ Intermediate).
Ashtanga/Vinyasa: Traditional standing and seated postures, moving and fun. All levels find stillness in every posture that builds strength, flexibility and balance using breath and movement.
ZUMBA®: Groove to the beat of Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves in this dynamic, energizing class.
Family ZUMBA®: Children age 10 and up with Mom, Dad, Aunt, everyone! Enjoy our energizing class with family fun.
ZUMBA® Toning: Perfect for those who want to party, but put an extra emphasis on toning and sculpting.
Tennis Conditioning: Do you want to improve your tennis game while sculpting lean muscle and strengthening your core? Workouts include specialized tennis movement training combined with balance, endurance and flexibility. Circuit group exercise training to music that ROCKS!
